Isolé Villas, a new, luxuriously designed 25,000-square-foot private estate within a secure private golf community, has opened near Orlando. The villa features luxurious accommodations that include 15 suites, a private movie theater, and access to championship golf courses.
A new, boutique hotel has opened near Orlando, Florida that promises to be the next evolution in luxury travel. Called Isolé Villas, it is housed in a luxuriously designed 25,000-square-foot private residence that is located within a secure private golf community. Much like a bespoke full-service chalet in the French or Swiss Alps, the entire property must be booked, as rooms are not individually rented.
The 25,000 square foot villa in the Orlando suburb of Reunion, features 15 luxurious suites, including two Presidential Suites and two Ambassador Suites, as well as 11 one-bedroom suites. Each suite is appointed with Frette fine linens, luxurious finishes, one-of-a-kind artwork and private marble bathrooms with ESPA bath amenities. Bathrooms are appointed with walk-in showers while the Presidential and Ambassador suites also have oversized white marble soaking tubs.
The entire property, which sleeps up to 30 guests, can be rented for $12,000 a night (with a three-night minimum). Weekly rates are offered at a discounted price.
Each guest’s visit is carefully planned and personalized prior to arrival. Throughout the visit, the property’s personal villa manager, villa concierge and housekeepers discreetly attend to each guest’s needs. The villa’s concierge can arrange for a number of activities, from arranging lavish private dinner parties to scheduling golf outings, theme park visits, fishing and boating, etc.
“Isolé Villas is the next evolution in the transformation of luxury travel,” says its founder, David Krakauer. “Isolé offers the five-star, personalized services found in a luxury boutique hotel, yet with the confidentiality and privacy of a villa.”
The number of amenities and activities it offers are abundant. It has a multi-level salt-water pool, complete with a 60-foot swim lane and Jacuzzi. There’s a full-service spa and wellness center featuring treatments by ESPA-trained professionals, a Turkish steam room, fitness room and Zen lounge. There’s also an indoor fitness court for basketball, yoga, Pilates or other indoor sports.
Guests have access to the hotel’s private 19-seat movie theater that features surround sound and a well-stocked snack bar serving classic movie favorites—something that is more often found at a luxury residential development.
The grand dining room seats up to 40 guests and has retractable glass walls. A signature cigar lounge, detailed with black onyx marble, wood and leather accents, is where guess can enjoy the villa’s signature collection of fine cigars and rare labels of Scotch and vintage wines. Other common spaces at the hotel include a piano salon with a full concert-sized grand piano, sports lounge with big screen TVs and a bar, a great room for cocktail receptions, and a game room with Xbox, PlayStation and video arcade games. There’s also a boardroom that seats 14 and has a large, flat-screen for multi-media presentations.
Guests are also offered exclusive access to championship golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer.
The hotel is staffed by a full-time on-site villa manager as well as a villa concierge, who can organize any number of activities, such as transportation, lavish private dinner parties, golf outings or time at Disney attractions. Isolé Villas’ executive chef works directly with guests to plan daily menus and extraordinary celebrations, as well as accommodate individual tastes and dietary needs.
Also unusual for a hotel property, is that this one has a family room with an informal dining area and a gourmet kitchen available for guests to use. Indeed, for those who prefer to cook for themselves, the villa is appointed with a beautiful showcase kitchen equipped with the latest appliances and a family dining room.
Krakauer and his team chose Orlando because it continuously attracts sophisticated international and domestic travelers. “As a result of this level of tourism, we believe there is a need for more luxurious, exclusive villas,” he explains. “We look forward to growing our brand in other markets to accommodate this trend.”
The property is ideal for couples and families. It can also serve as a destination for a corporate retreat or wedding.
Isolé Villas is located 28 miles away from the Orlando International Airport, 19 miles from the Kissimmee Gateway Airport, and 39 miles from Orlando Executive Airport.
